We often received\nthe same question several times.  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-46b6a97 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"46b6a97\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIn 2013, we looked at what we\ncould improve within the CSa. So one of the criteria was that we\nwanted to bundle customer contact. In addition, we\nwanted to see the history and\nbe able to look back, because\nthat gives a big\nefficiency boost.\nOur third requirement was to\nbetter\nstreamline customer contacts\n, with more\nself-service by the student. When we noticed what FAQtory could\noffer and at what price, the choice was quickly made. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b34a02c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b34a02c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t&#8220;We also said: then after a year we will see how\nwe like it and whether it still meets our needs\n?&#8221;\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c7124f7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c7124f7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIt&#8217;s now 2015 and we&#8217;re very pleased with FAQtory.\nOf course, there are still areas for improvement. We offer a\ncomplete and up-to-date\n source of information, with extensive search options.
