Partly due to the good experiences of TU Delft, the choice fell on FAQtory. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0f0431b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0f0431b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tFAQtory keeps track of the status and handler of each question, providing an instant overview of the team&#8217;s handling and load.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-29f0a29 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"29f0a29\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIn addition, there is a knowledge base of standard texts and FAQs for quick and uniform handling of standard questions. All the questions dealt with form a total file in which efficient searches can be made.
